This policy explains how Ntegrity Labs collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through its website, accounts, checkout, customer support, order fulfillment, email, and any optional SMS program.
Ntegrity Labs does not request medical, diagnostic, treatment, dosing, patient, human-use, or animal-use information. Do not submit that information through the website, checkout, email, text, or customer-support channels.
Information we collect
We may collect:
- Contact and account information, such as name, email, telephone number, login credentials, billing and shipping addresses, and organization details.
- Transaction information, such as products viewed or ordered, discounts, payment status, shipping, tracking, delivery, cancellations, support requests, and account history.
- Compliance information, such as age confirmation, research-use acknowledgments, account-approval status, IP address, timestamp, source page, accepted terms version, and related verification records.
- Communications, including messages sent to support and records of customer-service or compliance interactions.
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, referring source, pages viewed, interactions, approximate IP-derived location, and cookie or analytics identifiers.
- Marketing preferences, such as email subscriptions, back-in-stock requests, engagement, unsubscribe status, and, if separately offered and accepted, SMS consent records and message history.
Payment providers collect and process payment credentials. Ntegrity Labs does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
How we use information
We use personal information to operate and secure the website; create and administer accounts; verify eligibility and research-use acknowledgments; process payments and orders; ship products; provide tracking and support; send administrative notices; manage requested availability alerts and marketing; investigate fraud or misuse; enforce policies; improve site performance; maintain accounting, tax, consent, and compliance records; and meet legal obligations.
How we disclose information
We disclose information only as reasonably needed to:
- Website, hosting, ecommerce, payment, fraud-prevention, analytics, security, email, SMS, fulfillment, and customer-support providers acting for us.
- Shipping carriers and logistics providers that need delivery information.
- Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, financing parties, or transaction counterparties subject to appropriate duties.
- Regulators, courts, law enforcement, payment networks, carriers, or other parties when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent misuse.
- A successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not sell, rent, or disclose SMS opt-in records or mobile numbers to third parties for their independent marketing. Providers that deliver messages may receive the minimum information needed to route, secure, support, document, and administer the program.
Transactional, email, and SMS communications
Creating an account, placing an order, or contacting us permits us to send account, security, compliance, payment, fulfillment, delivery, policy, legal, and support communications as allowed by law.
Email marketing is optional. You may unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email, while continuing to receive necessary non-marketing messages.
Providing a telephone number for checkout, account security, delivery, or support does not by itself authorize promotional texts. Ntegrity Labs uses separate, optional and unchecked consent choices for transactional and marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
If you opt in, we may retain the mobile number, selected message categories, consent timestamp, source page or form, IP address, accepted disclosure version, message history, delivery status, HELP requests, STOP requests, and suppression records. We use this information to document consent, administer the requested program, deliver permitted messages, process opt-outs, support customers, prevent unauthorized messaging, and comply with legal, carrier, and platform requirements.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records to third parties for their independent marketing. We may disclose the minimum information required to messaging platforms, telephone companies, carriers, compliance providers, and vendors that route, secure, support, measure, or administer the Ntegrity Labs messaging program. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for us or meet legal and network obligations.
Reply STOP or use another reasonable method communicated by Ntegrity Labs to withdraw consent. We may retain suppression records so that an opted-out number is not messaged again without a new valid opt-in. Reply HELP or contact support@ntegritylabs.com for assistance. Ntegrity Labs communications never provide medical, dosing, administration, human-use, or animal-use advice.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files or identifiers stored or accessed on a device. We may use:
- Essential technologies for login, security, fraud prevention, cart, checkout, and session operation.
- Functional technologies that remember settings or prior actions.
- Analytics technologies that measure traffic, performance, errors, and site use.
- Advertising or campaign technologies that measure promotions or support limited retargeting, if enabled.
Third-party providers may set their own technologies and apply their own privacy policies. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, but disabling essential technologies may prevent account, cart, checkout, or security features from working. If applicable law requires consent for nonessential cookies, we will request it before using them.
SMS consent and SMS message records are not intentionally supplied to advertising platforms for their independent marketing.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no storage or transmission system is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including orders, support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, consent, opt-out, legal, and compliance records.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using its unsubscribe link. If SMS is offered, reply STOP to opt out. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about disclosures and uses. Rights are subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions, including transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, and legal-record needs.
Submit a privacy request to support@ntegritylabs.com. We may need information sufficient to verify your identity and locate relevant records. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legally protected privacy right.
Age and location
The website is intended for people at least 21 years old, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. The service is intended for the United States. Information submitted from another country may be processed in the United States, where privacy rules may differ.
