Research-use-only designation
Every product supplied by Ntegrity Labs is offered solely for lawful, non-clinical laboratory research by purchasers who have the knowledge, facilities, procedures, and authority needed to handle research materials responsibly.
Products are not intended for humans or animals and are not supplied for consumption, administration, injection, ingestion, inhalation, implantation, topical application, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, clinical use, veterinary use, compounding, food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, recreation, household use, or any other consumer purpose.
Permitted research
Permitted activity is limited to lawful in-vitro laboratory work, analytical or reference work, quality-control investigation, academic or commercial non-clinical research, and other uses consistent with applicable law, institutional requirements, product documentation, and these policies.
Prohibited activity
You may not:
- Expose, administer, apply, or supply a product to a human or animal.
- Use a product in patient care, veterinary care, diagnosis, therapy, clinical trials, compounding, or a consumer good without all legally required authorizations and Ntegrity Labs’ prior written approval.
- Relabel, repackage, advertise, resell, or distribute a product with medical, disease, dosing, therapeutic, human-use, animal-use, pharmaceutical, or prescription-drug claims.
- Seek instructions from Ntegrity Labs for dosing, administration, treatment, compounding, or human or animal use.
- Use, possess, transport, export, transfer, store, or dispose of a product unlawfully or contrary to applicable institutional and laboratory controls.
Regulatory status and no medical claims
Unless a specific written document expressly states otherwise, Ntegrity Labs products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, veterinary, food, supplement, cosmetic, or consumer use. Ntegrity Labs does not claim that any product diagnoses, cures, mitigates, treats, or prevents disease.
Batch documentation
A Certificate of Analysis or test report describes the identified sample, batch, method, laboratory, and test date. Results from one batch cannot be assumed to apply to another. Analytical documentation does not establish suitability for a particular experiment and does not by itself mean that a product is sterile, pharmaceutical grade, GMP manufactured, clinically appropriate, or injectable.
Purchaser duties
Before ordering and using a product, the purchaser must independently evaluate hazards, legality, documentation, research suitability, storage, transport, containment, handling, personnel qualifications, recordkeeping, and disposal. The purchaser accepts responsibility for maintaining appropriate laboratory controls and complying with all federal, state, local, institutional, carrier, and safety requirements.
Purchase acknowledgment and assumption of risk
By accepting the research-use acknowledgment at registration or checkout, or by completing an order, you represent that:
- You are at least 21 and authorized to make the purchase.
- The purchase is solely for lawful research use.
- No product will be used on, administered to, consumed by, or applied to a human or animal.
- You have sufficient knowledge, facilities, procedures, and safety controls.
- You have reviewed these policies and applicable batch documentation.
Research materials may present unknown or known hazards. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the purchaser voluntarily assumes risks arising from purchase, possession, transport, storage, handling, research, transfer, disposal, misuse, unauthorized administration, or exposure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the purchaser releases Ntegrity Labs and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers from claims arising from the purchaser’s misuse, prohibited use, improper storage, unauthorized administration, unlawful transfer, or failure to maintain appropriate controls. This release does not waive rights that applicable law does not permit a customer to waive.
Enforcement
Ntegrity Labs may request additional research-purpose or eligibility information and may refuse, hold, cancel, limit, suspend, or terminate an order or account when information suggests prohibited use, unlawful activity, misrepresentation, safety risk, policy evasion, or a request for medical or dosing guidance. Acceptance of one order does not require us to accept another.
